Default Re: Username/Password Issues

Yes, this is the case. The user gets to the sign on screen, enters the
username/password for the work computer, it fails, the logs say that the user
tried logging on using her credentials for her home PC, resulting in invalid
Username/Password/Domain, logs showing the Username and Domain of the persons
home computer. The user can log into the Domain without any problems. We
attempted several step by step walkthroughs, spent hours on the phone, tried
several variations.

When you start MSTSC, can you see an "Options>>" button?
That gives you access also to "Domain" field.
