Hi all,
Are there a set of Windows API's for Remote Assistance or Remote Desktop? Ideally, what I would like to do is to offer the functionality of Remote Assistance, but through my own user interface. That is, start up the remote-assistance/RDP server on port 3389, and allow clients to connect to that machine to view and control the current user's session. So far, after much web-searching, all I have been able to find an article on customizing Offer Remote Assistance: http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/de...istanceapi.asp Offer Remote Assistance seems to work in the opposite direction, much like Remote Desktop. I am looking for slightly different functionality where I can have the novice user ask for remote assistance. Any ideas? Other newsgroups that might know or be interested in this topic? Thanks, prashant. |
