Default Mapping Remote drive through VPN

what are the port need to open in order to map remote drive through VPN ?
i'm able to connect successfully using VPN, but will keep prompt user
for password when try to map remote drive.

when do the same thing without go through our company's server, router &
firewall.
it works perfectly.

what is the cause of this & pls give me some solution.
