We are wanting to start using remote assistance to help out the users
in our org. But we are coming to a problem with some computers.

In group policy I have both "Solicited Remote Assistance" and "Offer
Remote Assistance" enabled. But it doesn't seem like these settings are
getting propogated by the XP computers. Most of our computers already
had these options enabled and only a few did not.

On the few that did not the settings are not updating. I also notice
that when I Right-Click on My Computer and go to the Remote tab the
"Allow remote Assistance invitations to be sent from this computer" and
the "Allow computer to be controlled remotely" settings are not greyed
out.. meaning the user can disable these, which we do not want.

I'm wondering if there is possibly a bug with enabling these settings
with Group Policy.

The computers in question are running Windows XP SP2 and the server is
running Windows 2003 Server Enterprise.
