Default WinXP Remote Desktop Client says "No Terminal Server License Serve

When I run the WinXP Remote Desktop Client on my laptop and try to connect to
Orkney (a Windows 2003 Server machine) I get an error saying:
"No Terminal Server License Servers to provide a license"
I don't understand. Other people can connect to Orkney using Remote Desktop,
and I can connect to other Windows 2003 Server machines.
Can anyone suggest what the problem is?
Thanks
