Default Remote Assistance in Windows 2000

Is it possible to use Remote Assistance on a Windows 2000 computer to connect
to a Windows XP Pro computer?

Is there a Windows 2000 Pro Remote Assistance client available?

No...

If you don't want to use Remote Desktop then look at UltraVNC with its
encryption plug-in as an alternative.
