I connect remotely from home to a machine in our office using remote desktop
connection, I have downloaded the latest remote desktop software and I have installed the printer drivers on to the machine in our office, but I keep getting a connection error when trying to print to my local printer from remote desktop. The printer shows up ok in the printers list and says it is ready but every time I try a print it blows up. If I disconnect the remote session and try to print to it, it works fine. The printer I have is a Dell 922 inkjet printer. Also I have a Primo PDF printer installed which I can use to print but I keep getting thousands of print jobs going to it as soon as I start a remote session, is there a way of stopping this? |
