Default One client problem

@ work, we run a terminal server on which one of our remote clients can
access, but sometimes after 3 or 4 minutes she getting the remote
computer has ended connection msg. for no "obvious" reason. The time
limits are very generous, and we have about 200 - 300 clients, all save
the one, no problem. I can be talking to her on the phone, have her
login, a few minutes later I'm still seeing her rdp port suddenly jump
to X minutes idle time, and she's saying she got the msg. They are
runnning XP professional SP2 (not positive on sp2, but will see
tomorrow) with a hi-speed (cable) connection, It usually tends to
happen between 4 and 5 in the afternoon (client's time), as much as I'd
like to see it's all on her end, that may not be the case. Any help?
Thanks -pickluh

Thanks for the advice Robert. The client was sitting behind a wireless
LAN, so I advised them to hardwire into the router, which they did...1
day gone by, no problems. Will keep holding my breathe, and will gladly
accept any more advice in case this solution isn't the fix I'm hoping
for. Thanks, pickluh
