Default Setting-up Remote Desktop to XP Clients on SBS2003 Domain

I'm running a Windows 2003 Small Business Server with over 15 clients. For
my Windows XP clients, I am trying to activate Remote Desktop with the final
goal of being able to use the Remote Web Workplace. I can Remote Desktop
from home into the server, but I'm having trouble connecting any computer to
the clients using Remote Desktop.

When I try and terminal from my server to a client (staying within the
domain), I get an error message saying "The client could not connect to the
remote computer. Remote connection might not be enabled...". When I browse
for more in the computer list and try and expand my domain, I get an error
saying "the domain/workgroup does not contain any Terminal Servers." The
client computer does have remote desktop authorized in Control Panel ->
System, but that didnt help.

Is there something that I need to turn on from the server to get Remote
Desktop to work, or are there extra steps I need to take on the client.

Thanks!
