Default Microsoft NG. Subscription:

Hello Everyone,

I use Microsoft Windows XP home, OE 6. & IE.
I used to subscribe to tree Microsoft NG's from this server.

Recently I had to use System Restore to Restore my Computer
to an earlier date and I have lost all tree Accounts, leaving me only with
the Server on the List.

The NG's were:
1) microsoft. outlook express,6
2) microsoft. internet explorer,6
3) microsoft.windows.update

The above are just the key names for the NG's, and not the full ID.
I find very difficult to locate anything on the OE6, NG's Window
because all It shows only the first part of the NG's name.

Could anyone please advice on how to locate the above NG's on
the Microsoft NG's Window for re-subscribe to them again?

Thanks for Your Help, ☺x@y☺

On Outlook express menu bar. Click tools/newsgroups. Reset list. Enter text
in box. eg. outlook, outlookexpress, windows, what ever you are looking for
and the relevant group will come up.

Hello beb.

I have tried as advised, it worked well.
This is the first time I have used the "Reset List" Option.
In the past all I was doing type the text in the NG's Box
without Resetting the List.

Thank You very much for Your reply & Help,
Have a Wonderful Holiday Season.
