Default VPN configuration through script

Hi
Is there a scrip that can create VPN connections in WinXP?
I need to make a script that can setup a VPN connection on a computer,
including L2TP with preshared key. I have tried to copy a configuration into
"%appdata%\Microsoft\Network\Connections\pbk\rasph one.pbk" but I do not
think that the L2TP key is stored in that file, since it is empty when it is
copied.
Any sugestions?

Regards
Thorbjørn
