Hi,

When I get an invitation off my friend to remote to his machine, I get the
following error message:

Remote Assistance connection could not be established because the remote
host name could not be resolved. Please try again.

In the properties of My computer and remote both options are ticked on the
machine I need to connect to so I'm not sure why I get the above error
message. Both machines are running Zonealarm security suite so could that
be an issue?
