Default VPN: Is it possible to configure Clients to communicate over a fixed Port with the Server?

I have create a VPN as it is described in the article
http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;EN-US;314076

I opend the Port 1723 on the Server-Firewall and if there is no
firewall running on the client they can open a connection to the
server.

As described in the article mentioned before clients have to open all
ports greater than 1024.
Is there a possibility to configure the clients that they are only
communicate over a fixed port with the server?

Kind regards

Markus
