Hello Everyone and thanks for your help in advance. I am having problems
with remote desktop on a Windows XP Pro connecting to a Windows 2003 Server. The primary issue involves the remote session being unable to connect to the printer. The appropriate printer drivers are installed on the client machine and it can print to the designated printer. The printer is selected as the default printer. In the remote desktop session, the printers are selected under the local resources tab. So it would appear that all of the settings are correct. The issue appears to stem from the fact that the printer is not connected directly to the client work station, instead being connected through a wireless network. However, the documentation on remote desktop appears to say it supports network printing, however, whenever a session is launched, it does not connect to the printer or allow priting. Any help on this topic would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. |
