Default how to launch Control Panel of another WinXP PC

Hi,
Is there a way to remotely start control panel of another PC, that is
without having to login (rdp or direct console) to that machine?
May be a command line executable that I can run and view the control
panel of the remote machine from my local workstation? I can use psexec
or telnet to get the command prompt on the remote box.
PCs are all Windows XP Professional SP2.
Thanks.

What is it - from the Control Panel - that you are trying to do?
(I ask because as far as I know - if you mean "On your local computer so you
can use it remotely on yours to change things on it" - the answer would be a
resounding "no." But you can do/change just about anything you want and/or
get certain types of information remotely without it.)

I wanted to lauch the Systems Management (SMS client) applet from the
remote workstation and check a few SMS client related settings like
what SMS client components are installed and enabled on the client
side. Thanks.
