Default How do I password protect being even able to open RDP?

If someone has password access to a work server and he wants to
restrict his ability to use RDP on his home computer to only times he
needs it for after-hours support (so he's not surfing for the wrong
things on the net) is there a way to password protect being able to
even open up and use RDP on his home computer (without making any
access changes at the work server end)?

I'd curious to know if this is possible. If so please email me at

The only way I know of to do that is to use some sort of parental control
software that can be configured to deny access on a per user basis to
programs, internet access, etc during certain times of the day, etc. Also
the MS Shared Computer Toolkit may be able to be configured that way also
but I really don't know for sure...

I guess I don't understand why someone at home would be using RDP to access
a work PC just to surf the internet? Also, since the work PC has a password
only an authorized user could be able to access it anyway using RDP or
otherwise.
