Default Play Music on Remote PC

Happy New Year

I'm able to connect fine to a pc(desktop) on my network from my laptop. When I
play music remotely using XP PRO remote desktop the music plays on my laptop
speakers and I want it to play on my desktop speakers. Is this possible?

TIA
Dennis

On your laptop, launch Remote Desktop Connection and click on
the Options button. Click on the Local Resources tab. In the
"Remote computer sound" section, click on the down arrow and
select "Leave at remote computer". Click on the other tabs and
configure as you see fit. On the General tab, hit the "Save as"
button. Save this configuration in a handy location and call it
something like "Remote Music".

Good luck
