Default RDC: HOST PC restarts or logs out when diconnecting from client P

OK, what is happening is, I connect to the Host PC via Remote Desktop
Connection. If I “Disconnect” or click on the “X” in the RDC session, the
PC either restarts or logs off my HOST computer’s session. I am required to
login again on the HOST PC. It should not be doing this. It should leave
my HOST PC in the state I had when I disconnected. Any idea’s as to what is
causing this?
